Client’s Boss Return Policy
At Clients Boss Hair Couture we understand that sometimes our clients may not be completely satisfied with their orders and so the transaction process will not reach completion. As a reputable hair company, we love and value our clients patronage and we will always put their clients needs first. We have standard return policies that we strictly adhere to in the event that an order is not completed satisfactorily to ensure our clients can contact us should they want a refund or return the product they purchased.
Client boss Hair Couture offers full refunds and refunds are readily available to clients who for one reason or the other wish to return the product they purchased and get their money back. Every client boss Hair Couture Client is eligible for a refund within 30 days of your product being delivered to you. You are eligible for a refund also if you are able to meet all of the following conditions:
- If you are able to return the product along with its original packaging. If the original package has been damaged we can not guarantee that we will accept the product.
- If the product is unused,We can not accept a product that has been used for sanitary purposes. We will also only accept products that have not been damaged in any way.
- If you are able to provide a receipt or proof of purchase of the product from client boss Hair Couture. We will not accept hair that was not purchased from our store and trying to pass off other hairs as ours will lead to an immediate rejection of the product.
If you are unable to meet all of the requirements outlined above then client boss Hair Couture reserves the right to reject your request for a refund. If your order is older than 30 days we will not accept your request for a refund. You will get a refund on your hair or hair care produce purchase after a full and thorough inspection of the product has been conducted to ensure it is not damaged, has not been used and meets out return policy standards.
Most financial companies require somewhere within 3-7 business days to effect a refund of your money on a transaction. If you wish to obtain more information on getting your money back, or your refund exceeds the 7 day mark, please contact your credit card provider to get more information.
While we are disappointed that any of our clients would want to return our products. We understand that some sales do not work out. If any of our client would wish to return their purchased products for whatever reason they should please contact our customer care department via email at email@example.com to get the necessary information required for a product return. Clients will also be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Clients are also requested to provide us with a tracking number and full details of the shipment of our product.

We are more than willing to accommodate any refunds or returns our clients wish to make on products purchased from Client BossHair Couture As long as the products meet all of our requirements for a return/refund we are happy for you to send them back and get a refund or exchange on your purchase. We are also willing to accept exchanges for purchased products as long as the returned product is not damaged used or has not been tampered with.
